| Clayton & Lucinda Fredericks - International Event Riders We were introduced to Nupafeed by working pupils from our yard who were using the MAH Calmer supplements for horses who were particularly difficult. Having seen the great results, we decided to start using the supplements for ourselves with our own horses.
What interested me most about the Calmer product is that it addressed the issue of magnesium deficiency in nervous horses - and how this affected their performance. We have now trialed the Calmer product on several nervous types with noticeable differences in their temperament, including The Frog - who's general disposition has been far calmer since. I truly believe this is the best calmer on the market. If I have anything that is tense or spooky I always put it onto Nupafeed Liquid Calmer and I notice a positive difference very quickly. I would recommend Nupafeed MAH Calmer to anyone. |

I have found that Nupafeed Liquid Calmer has helped maintain a number of my horses at the yard and at events, assisting with my results at competitions. It has made a considerable difference to these horses, especially keeping them rideable in the dressage phase.

We use Nupafeed Liquid Calmer on one or two of the team horses. It calms the hotter horses enough for them to work harmoniously alongside the steadier temperaments of the rest of the team. We find the boosters invaluable when the pressures really on. |

I use Nupafeed Liquid Calmer all the time on a variety of horses, it makes a significant difference to those that are easily stressed. The Extra Strength Syringes are a great help especially at the three day events where the atmosphere can be electric. |
Lisa Hales - Racehorse and Showjumping Owner I always feed my sharp young horses Nupafeed liquid calmer, it helps calm their nerves when starting their jumping careers. |

My horses travel all over Europe with my daughter Lucy. I use Nupafeed MAH Calmer regularly and never leave home without the Extra Strength Syringes, which I use before loading on to the cross channel ferries, they ensure a stress free journey and able us to arrive calm and ready to compete. Fantastic products with excellent support from the friendly Nupafeed staff - Thank you Liz Phillips |

| Enjoy Peace of Mind! Mathew Boddy - International Show Jumper
"Travelling a jumping stallion with other horses especially with mares in season can be very stressful for the stallion. This was getting increasingly difficult for us as the season progressed travelling from one end of the country to the other on a weekly basis chasing qualifiers. Our stallion was becoming increasingly frustrated. A close friend of ours recommended Nupafeed MAH. I was dubious as I was a non-believer of calming products. However with a very busy season ahead and many pre booked shows I condescended to ring Nupafeed for some advice. After a lengthy conversation with Sheila I felt reassured in fact there was nothing in the product that is not natural to the horse anyway. I decided to give it a try knowing that in four days we were travelling to Hickstead which is a seven hour journey. The product was here the next day. I started immediately and followed their instructions. On the fourth morning we also used an extra strength syringe 1 and a half hours before he travelled. The horses were loaded up as usual for the long drive ahead of us. The results were incredible, our stallion was so relaxed the whole of the journey we never heard a sound from him. I cannot put into words what a difference Nupafeed MAH has made to him and us. His concentration levels were so much higher when competing. We had an incredible few days winning one class and coming placed in another two. We were so impressed with Nupafeed we are now feeding Nupafeed Saying Power. The results speak for themselves, he has continued to be successful and he is now a pleasure to travel."

I was delighted and thrilled to win the Heavyweight Hunters at HOYS, beating so many top professionals, I could not have done it without the help of Nupafeed Calmer. |
| Etti Cook - Chartered Equine and Human Physiotherapist, Eventer and Hunter!
Nupafeed is the only "calmer" I recommend to my clients, if you want to know why read on......
Being a Chartered Equine Physiotherapist I am always being asked about calmers on the market and their efficacy, and until now I have steared well clear of recommending any as it has always been difficult to tell between them. However, recently I was having big problems with one of my own horses and called up the fantastic sales team at Nupafeed for advice. My horse was a very talented 5yo eventer that had turned into a very opinionated 7yo after 18months off with injuries. One minute he was jumping or schooling happily, the next napping and rearing, and it was becoming dangerous. Having excluded a physical cause for his behaviour I tried to hunt him to get him going forwards, but the rearing continued. At the end of my tether I called Nupafeed and started him on the liquid calmer immediately. 10 days later I took him hunting and he was the perfect gentleman. He has subsequently hunted every week and is now a calm, relaxed jumping machine! He has lost the fear and anger but kept all of his agility and quick footedness. Thank you to Nupafeed. |
| Bonny Snowdon I used 2 syringes of the calmer this weekend before a dressage test. My horse is terrible at spooking and won't concentrate during the test. I used the first one 3 hours before the test and the 2nd one an hour and a half before. The result was fantastic - no spooking!! In fact the remarks from the judge were to ride him more forwards - usually I'm hanging on for dear life!! So thankyou very much I will be ordering more for my next test in two weeks. |

| Shirley Young - Farriers Stud, Landford, Nr Salisbury, Wilts.
"I have used Nupafeed MAH Calmer for a number of years, with great success. Native ponies, due to necessity, are often kept on meagre diets & grazing and they can often become deficient in minerals. A lack of Magnesium can cause all sorts of problems. I have found that Nupafeed helps with stress, laminitis, headshaking & a variety of other problems. In particular, one pony, Farriers Foxglove was headshaking so badly we considered having him put down. It was then that we first used Nupafeed and Foxglove has gone on to compete successfully at National Competitions.
Nupafeed MAH Calmer has helped our New Forest ponies achieve the following results: Farriers Finger Print, Farriers Firelight & Farriers Foxglove, were members of the 2006 winning Rural Riders team at the BRC National Dressage Championships, repeated in 2007 with Finger Print & Foxglove and again in 2009 with Foxglove. Farriers Firelight, Champion & Farriers Finger Print, Reserve Champion New Forest at the Royal show 2005 Farriers Finger Print, NPS/NFU Ridden M&M Supreme Champ 2006 & 2007 and NPS Baileys Horse Feeds Supreme Ridden Mountain & Moorland Champion at Olympia in 2009. Farriers Ponies qualified 7 times for NPS/ Baileys Ridden M& M Supreme Championships at Olympia. Farriers First Edition & Hydrophane Hydromatic in NFPEC team placed 3rd Quadrille of the Year final Olympia 1995 Farriers Finger Print & Farriers Foxglove in NFPEC team placed 2nd Quadrille of the Year final Olympia 2007" Click here to view the Farriers Stud website |
| I would like to send a HUGE thank you to Nupafeed, I have been feeding the calmer to my mare over the past 3 weeks and she is a reformed character so much so that I took her to her first show last weekend and we came a fantastic first. I bought Kira in February and within 5 weeks had moved yard twice which put my mare under terrible stress, she would rear in her box, she became very attached to the mare stabled beside her and would be very difficult to ride as she wasn’t able to concentrate on anything I was asking her to do which made her extremely unpredictable. Hacking was a nightmare as all she wanted to do was turn for home and her confidence level was at an all time low. When she came into season in the spring the anxiety levels and behavioural problems were awful and my vet put her on Regumate thinking she was just a hormonal mare, this had no effect on her at all.
After being on the initial 75ml dose twice a day for about 10 days I have now dropped it down to 40ml twice a day as the difference in her is amazing, we are hacking out alone and in company and she is very relaxed and seems to now enjoy being ridden. In my dressage lessons she is totally focused and her work has improved so much I don’t even recognise her we are doing our first dressage competition on Saturday and I know she will be fine which gives me the added confidence to just ride her and enjoy her as I`m now not worried about how she is going to react. She is now not labelled as being mareish and is a complete joy to own. Happy Days! Susan Dosworth |
| Sian Williams - Ex Racehorse Owner
"I bought an ex-racehorse last year and he turned out to be one of the most naughtiest horses I’ve ever ridden. He would not stop bucking, rearing, spinning round, dropping his shoulder or just bolting until he had you on the floor. I was nearly at the end of my tether after trying all sorts of different calmers and feeds until someone recommended Nupafeed to me. After the third day of using Nupafeed calmer he was like a different horse. From not being able to even get on him in 4 weeks he is now hacking out, competing in Show jumping and dressage. I am thrilled with the results and I now use it with a stroppy mare that seems to help too." |

"After I met Sheila from Nupafeed at one of the AQHA shows at The Garden of England, Bodium I had a chat with her on how Nupafeed products work. I decided to try their MAH Calmer on a couple of my show horses. I was very pleased to find that my horses were more focused and they were able to concentrate in the show pen, which made the job easier for me. I am very pleased with the results I would not hesitate to recommend it to my clients and anyone in the horse industry." |

Justcallmehandsome - Trained by: Dominic Ffrench-Davis
"I bred Handsome but he had a very troubled time as a two year, and eventually I was told would probably never get onto a racecourse. He was the sweetest horse in every way, but suffered badly with nerves, and as we were trying to school him as a riding horse, this became more of a problem. I looked on the internet for calmers, and came across Nupafeed and thought I would give it a try. The transformation did not happen overnight, but he grew in confidence until one day, watching him galloping around the paddock, I decided to give him one more chance in training. Dominic was very patient and respected my wish to keep him on Nupafeed. His team at Windy Hollow spent a lot of time building the horses' confidence, which was greatly rewarded for us when he won his first race at Southwell. He has now to date won 9 races and continues his racing career with Dominic. He is not always an easy ride but Kirsty loves him and will hardly ever give the ride to anyone else. He hardly has any Nupafeed anymore as he has now grown to love racing, but he is a stickler for routine and gets a bit worried if he is asked to do something different. Then the syringes come in useful! I have absolutely no doubt that the changes came about by using Nupafeed and I have continued to use it on any of my other horses that need a calming influence, whether it be for racing, traveling or showing. I have now also put my very boisterous 15 month old German Shepherd on the Dog calmer, and although she has only been having it for a week I have noticed a gradual change in her behaviour." Mrs Jackie Taylor . |
| "I have been using the fantastic nupafeed product on my young german warmblood, Dino, He used to get so upset over the simplest of things, since using this calmer he has become more straight forward ride, not too bothered about things going on around him and he looks amazing!!! He used to appear very tucked up at times. I got such good results I tried it with my very excitable arab, Shah, who could demolish a winter paddock in minutes if something upset him, he also underwent some veterinary treatment over a period of months, this product has helped him through and he has come back to work this summer with a great attitude and he too looks amazing, we are now in training for showjumping and he loves it! See for yourself the results in the pictures we took recently. Im extremely proud of them and very grateful to Nupafeed... THANKYOU.... " Joe Croft |
| Stephanie Cunningham - Amateur Showjumper
I bought my Irish bred horse ‘Silverglen Kyte’ as a four year old and even when breaking him, he was a serious handful. When I started to bring him to shows, any situation that would generate even the slightest of stress levels for him, he would just flip and loose his mind. As a result he would buck and rear around a show jumping arena – I remember fellow competitors looking on and hearing their groans of shock and disbelief watching our displays of rodeo performance! I had eliminated all the obvious, ill fitting tack, teeth, back problems. As a 6 year old, my horse was deemed unrideable by many a professional rider and I was advised to ‘get rid of him before he killed someone’.
I came across Nupafeed, reading about it in the Irish Field and we haven’t looked back since. Within a couple of weeks, Kyte was a different horse and we were able to compete in the show jumping ring, the dressage arena and at hunter trails. We have won many rosettes since then and have both had a very stress free and enjoyable time competing! With Nupafeed, he is able to cope with the stress and adrenaline of a situation so much better without losing his spark to compete and go on! |
Sue Lamyman - Racehorse Trainer, Lincolnshire "We have a very difficult horse in our yard. He is 17.2 and rather large to quarrel with. He is extremely difficult to train because ANYTHING stresses him and then he will not eat. We are a small yard and do everything possible to reduce the stress of our horses. We feed four times a day, and turn the horses in paddocks. Our traveling head lad is a 9hh grey pony, which goes into the stable with them at the races. This 17.2 raw boned horse has been known to try and kill her. He will not be injected, clipped or have his mane touched. Pam Sly recommended we try a magnesium supplement and Nupafeed MAH Calmer has transformed him. We ran out of Nupafeed so fed him another one which we thought would do the same job, but it has not touched him. He is a quivering mass when his tack is put on, he is on hunger strike and he is a git to ride. Today the girl that normally rides him refused to do so again until he is put back on Nupafeed, so an S O S was sent out to you. Now when I see a very agitated horse at the races, I recommend your product to them." |
| Wayne Rodwell - Dressage Rider, Winner at the Winter Dressage Championships 2008
Christoph Himself is a very talented and athletic horse to ride but he can be at times a little unconfident in the arena. I was worried that he would find competing at the Winter Championships at Hartpury a little daunting but with Nupafeed Calmer syringes he was totally relaxed but still keeping his necessary winning spark. I will, of course, continue to use Nupafeed Calmer as his career continues to the next levels. Photo courtesy of Ellis Media |
| Lisa Farquhar's Gaur-du-Luc - Retrained Racehorse
Gaur du Luc was in training with Martin Pipe and raced twice. He then went to David Pipe's point to point yard and then came to me. He started showing three years ago and he did get stressed travelling and with the sights and sounds at the bigger shows, so we saw an add for Nupafeed Liquid Calmer and thought we would give it a try. Since, Gardi has coped much better with anxiety and when he starts to tense up he relaxes again very quickly. I also believe the Nupafeed has helped keep his condition where he has not been as stressed. He has never been unplaced in three showing seasons and is unbeaten this year - so far! | Emily Hocknell, Robin's Song - Cheshire Hunt North Pony Club
Just wanted to let you know how great we think Nupafeed is! My pony Robin was struggling to cope with the stress of performing as part of a musical ride with my pony club. We had been practicing for weeks and were due to demonstrate at the Hartpury Winter Dressage Championships. We were all a little concerned that he might get very nervous in the big arena under the bright lights and dry ice, so we decided to try him on Nupafeed. After a couple of weeks he was a different pony, much more relaxed and enjoying his training. All went really well on the gala nights and Robin loved every minute! Thanks for producing such a great product! Lisa Hocknell |
| Gilly Wheeler - Dressage Competitor
"What an exciting day, to win the Novice qualifier at Kingston Maurward College with 71% and secure qualification for the winter semi- finals. Rommel (Donnerrhythm) was so well behaved and warmed up with such a cool head. I think it is me who should be on the Nupafeed calmer! Now his canter is improving he finds it very easy to pop in the odd flying change, which made me a little uneasy in the counter-canter and during the test I was very cautious. However, we have come a long way from our first competition in May when my good friend Louise had to lead me around the warm up arena. The Nupafeed calmer has not only helped at competitions but also made hacking a much more enjoyable expereince." |
| Jessics Hobbs - aged 15
We bought Molly 7 months ago, she had never competed and when we took her to shows she was always very spooky. We very rarely went clear and were often eliminated. She also used to freeze up and not go forward, she has been known to refuse to go in at all! We had tried other calmer's, but to little or no effect. We had been giving Molly Nupafeed liquid calmer for just 2 days, when we took her to a show. Despite the hundreds of ponies crammed into the warm up arena (indoors) she was as calm as anything. Further more, when it was time to do our round, she went straight in and flew around the course!! Definitely the best round she's done to date!! We plan to affiliate in the new year! Thank you Nupafeed for your amazing product! |
| Jenny Watson - Dressage rider / trainer
"I bought Finn as a 'cheap bargain' dressage horse about 18 months ago & it did not take long for my vet & physio to unravel the physical problems underlying his 'naughty' behaviour. The physical issues were resolved relatively quickly, however sorting the brain & work related resistances took much longer! Finn has a good temperament but the problems still came back when he thought his body was going to hurt again & he would wind himself up, using all his strength against me! Nupafeed liquid calmer has worked wonders & has really helped me keep him relaxed, rideable & happy in all home & competition environments. We recently managed a respectable 6th in the Open Elementary 2009 Summer Regionals. He is confident at new venues & is regularly scoring +70%. The liquid is very flexible & I like the fact that it is so simple to increase or reduce the amount given. I am continuing to feed Nupafeed to help Finn cope with the added pressures of training at the next levels up & am very happy to recommend it to anyone!" |
| Louise Robson & Glum - Retrained racehorse
Nupafeed MAH Liquid Calmer has helped turn my ex-racehorse in to a dressage horse. Nupafeed has helped reduce his anxiety and worry levels without removing any of the energy and impulsion required for Dressage. He now cribs less as a result due to the "worry" factor being removed from him. His weight has remained stable even when competing up to 2/3 times per week. Nupafeed has helped Glum move from a Novice restricted horse to a Medium restricted horse in the space of 3 months! The removal of the worry and anxiety now allows him to create a more elastic, softer and rounder frame which helps for the bigger movements, the collection without tension and taking the weight on the hind quarters, which he used to find particularly difficult at shows due to the tension in his back and neck. Thanks so much Nupafeed! |
| Joanne Matthews & Tyke - Retrained Racehorse
My ex-racehorse, Loyal Tycoon (tyke) came to me from HEROS who rehome ex-racehorses. He had a 7year, very successful career on the flat with 9 wins. Whilst he has adjusted extremely well to his new life with me on a livery yard he did show signs of stress and anxiety if left alone on the yard even for very short periods, he could also get very anxious out on hacks. I spoke to Grace Muir who runs HEROS and she highly recommended Nupafeed Liquid Calmer as they use it. I noticed an improvement very quickly. He is now much more relaxed about life and if he’s happy, I’m happy! He is now happy to be left alone in the stables and he kept his condition throughout the winter. Other clients on the yard were so impressed that they too now use Nupafeed. Nupafeed doesn’t make him dopey and dull, it doesn’t take away the intelligence and sharpness that makes him a fantastic horse to own. We are aiming for our first dressage competition this year, thank you!! |

| Lady Deni Harper-Adams - Winner at Windsor 2007
I broke my mare to harness after not having a jockey to ride her, she was never the easiest whilst a ridden pony, but having a forward going pony suits driving. However, she has not been the easiest whilst driven, and after using most of the so called 'calming' supplements on the market I used Nupafeed MAH Calmer. The first time that I used it we won at Royal Windsor, in appalling conditions, Melody stayed focused, and steady but without losing any of her natural charisma and sparkle. I used Nupafeed Calmer with a lot of success, and it certainly shows when I forget to use it! I would definitely recommend Nupafeed to anyone wishing to have a nice well mannered equine that doesn't blow fire!! |

| Sharon Kitson - Head groom, Chatsworth House.
I have tried a chronic head shaker on your Nupafeed Liquid Calmer with amazing results. He is home bred, and this infuriating problem was having a serious effect on his ridability, he head shakes all year round. He has participated in a head shaking trial trying a herbal supplement with no improvement what so ever, in fact he seemed to get worse and I think I may have tried nearly every product on the market for him including nose nets and visors to no avail. He is at his worst on windy, sunny and rainy days and in summer when the flies and midges are bad, when he can almost become unridable due to the desperation this problem causes him. I noticed an improvement quite quickly after starting on your liquid calmer fed three times a day initially and gradually reduced the dosage. The biggest test last week was exercising him on a windy, rainy day, the difference was unbelievable, it is like riding a different horse, he is so relaxed, and happy, and his desparate symptoms seem to have ceased. Thank you Nupafeed for this amazing product. |
| Liz Halliday - USA International Eventer
I have recently started using the Nupafeed Liquid Calmer on a horse that has always been tricky to figure out. So far I have been very impressed!! Each day he seems to be more relaxed and focused and now I think that he can reach his full potential. I am looking forward to trying some other products after the success that I have seen with the calmer.

I would just like to say a huge thank you for your amazing Nupafeed Liquid Calmer, and also your amazing staff who were very helpful over the phone. This time last year my 14.1hh arab x pony would go into a showjumping ring and get eliminated by fence 3 if we were lucky, and we had given up on cross country altogether as he got so wound up he was virtually dangerous. I was at the point of after 10 years of owning him and trying nearly every calmer on the market giving up competing him altogether. However a friend of mine recommended you to me so I tried him on the booster syringes to see what happened. as I was worried about spending more money on stuff that doesn't work! I used it for his dressage tests and found it fantastic, he was like a different pony, so I then decided to put him on the liquid permanently and after an in- depth discussion over the phone I had the amounts to give all sorted out. All i can say is WOW, considering this time last year he wouldn't jump since being on it we have done cross country, and came 2nd in a big show jumping event today!! It is amazing how well it works and I'd like to say thank you for finally being able to jump him and have fun. |

| Anne Appleby - Appreciative Mother
We bought my daughter's 13.2 pony just over a year ago and he was a nightmare at shows. He knew his job inside out and in the second round against the clock, he was uncontrollable. After trying unsuccessfully to qualify for the Trailblazer finals, and trying several other popular calmers, a friend recommended Nupafeed MAH Calmer. In the space of one week he went from racing round flattening everything to jumping two triple clears in a day. The picture shows them having a great time at the Stoneleigh Trailblazer finals. She has now gone on to affiliate him and won her first class. It hasn't changed his fantastic character in any way, it just helps him to listen. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you for helping my daughter enjoy her pony!

After being told how well Nupafeed Liquid Calmer worked on racehorses by many people within the racing industry, I decided to try it on my polo pony who has always exhibited stressful anxious behaviour. The effect was almost immediate. Her attitude to general everyday life was much better with the quality of her prep work and her performance on the pitch improving significantly |

I find Nupafeed Liquid Calmer helps my horses to relax and perform to their true potential. |
Kerry Underhill - Two years ago my mare was diagnosed as a head shaker, not just rubbing her nose against her knees but also twitching the top of her head. After several vets and equine physiotherapist reports, we have put it down to damaging the occipital axis, she has like a sciatic nerve through her poll. I saw an advert for Nupafeed Liquid Calmer and thought I would give it a try as we have tried everything else! After six weeks of feeding the Nupafeed we can now ride my mare and have even started jumping her! Thanks Nupafeed-UK! |

Before I started using Nupafeed Liquid Calmer my horse "Chino" was a complete nightmare when at competition, so much so that I was on the verge of giving up competing altogether. Now I have discovered this product my horse is no longer tense or stressed but calm and well behaved. |

I have used Nupafeed Liquid Calmer on numerous top show horses over the last seven years with great success. Nupafeed helps keep them calm and hold their condition.

I have used Nupafeed Liquid Calmer for years. It is especially useful when the atmosphere is "electric".

My pony was such a bad traveller that Mum was at the point of refusing to tow our trailer! Our vet suggested that we try the Nupafeed Liquid Calmer and the results were fantastic. I am now able to take her to the shows I want to go to without worrying about her hurting herself in the trailer.

After trying all the brands of calmer on my affiliated medium dressage horse, Nupafeed Liquid Calmer had an instant effect. Controlling her explosive tendencies without loosing the energy. Lennie is overall much more relaxed, which is showing in her results.

Our 13.2hh pony was very exitable but now on Nupafeed Liquid Calmer she is calm and responsive and in winning form.
